TDS Services

Both Companies and non-Company clients making specified payments (Specified under India Income Tax Act, 1961) to third parties who are required to deduct tax at source while making these payments. The TDS deducted need to be deposit the same to the bank who acts on behalf of Govt of India for the collection of taxes. They should also furnish the TDS returns containing details of deductor and deductee(s) and challan details relating to deposit of tax.
